16 ft Cedar/Canvas Chestnut Pal - Still in the shop where it is being re-canvased and refinished. Excellent condition. Chestnut decal on the deck. Paddles like a dream. I purchased this Chestnut canoe in 1968 and it has been stored indoors the whole time. $2250.00.
I also own a canoe made by the Hamilton Canoe Company (Canada) that was given to my mother in about 1927 by my dad when they were both teenagers. It was a cedar/canvas as well but was fiberglassed in about 1962. It has also been stored indoors since 1925. It is also in excellent condition.

I recently started an outdoor club at Greenwood Secondary School. All our students (ages 14-20) are recent immigrants to Canada unequipped for the Canadian winter.
