Itinerary
Itinerary description:

If you are looking for a exploration cold weather challenge then this outing is for you.
We will be exploring, new and old canoe routes in Queen Elizabeth II Provincial Park.
We will be canoeing lakes, ponds, rivers and bushwhacking hiking to find our way around the park. The goal of the outing is to find new routes through the park.
Our plan is to paddle/hike ~15-20 km/5-6 hours a day. Participants should be prepared to perform one way portages across un-marked bushwhacking Canadian Shield terrain. So pack light.
We explored a good section of the park over the past few years. You can check out my Facebook page to see previous trips. This is what you can expect on my outings.

One light weight canoe pack and wilderness camping gear to allow one carry portages.
