Minesing Wetland / Nottawasaga Part 1 of 2

Our traditional exploring of the Minesing Wetlands.
As we always get out starting at Willow creek to Edenvale.
The idea came up to see if we could paddle further on the Nottawassaga River.
After doing more research and trying it out.
This year we are paddling the whole way to Wasaga Beach
But because Spring Paddling is busy for everyone.
We have split it up in 2 days, on 2 different weekends.
Plus this way we can move a day in case the weather doesn't cooperate.

For people who never have done or heard from Minesing Wetlands.
The best part is paddling in a wetland that could be a creek, deep enough to paddle zig zag through. Or if flood is high it could be a big lake and a flooded forest to paddle through.
Either way it is always a fun and exciting trip.

Great for beginners to get out and get to know the WCA family and lay contacts for future trips
