You must be fully vaccinated to partisipate in any in person WCA event

The COVID-19 virus government/health services best practices shall be used on all in-person WCA events.

The following check list shall be review by all partispants.  You must answer "NO" to all 7 questions to be eligible to attend an in-person WCA event.

For NOT in-person events this check list can be skipped.

Covid-19 Check list

Event Declaration (for in person events only)

1) Are you currently experiencing one or more of the symptons (fever/chills/cough/shortness of breath/decrease of smell or taste/fatigue/malaise/myalgias)      NO/YES

2) In the last 14 days, have you travelled outside of Canada and been advised to quarantine?   NO/YES

3) Has a doctor, health care provider, or public health unit told you that you should currently be isolating (staying at home).?     NO/YES

4) In the last 10 days, have you been identified as a “close contact” of someone who currently has COVID-19?   NO/YES

5)  In the last 10 days, have you received a COVID Alert exposure notification on your cell phone?   NO/YES

6) In the last 10 days, have you tested positive on a rapid antigen test or a homebased self-testing kit? NO/YES

7) Is anyone you live with currently experiencing any new COVID-19 symptoms and/or waiting for test results after experiencing symptoms?  NO/YES
