Killarney Prov Park Sep 8 to 12th 2011 - NOW FULL

We are going to explore by canoe, Killarney and OSA Lakes. We are also going to hike "To the Crack and back" for the incredible view of the area. The permit fees will be shared by the group. Maximum 4 canoes and eight people.

The canoeing is rated as requiring intermediate canoe tripping skills. Three portages, the longest two are 455 m. Also The Crack is rated as difficult and quite challenging. Allow approx 5-6 hour plus round trip.

Itinerary
Itinerary description: 

Cancellations - if you express an interest and are unable to attend without a replacement then we will ask you to pay.

Car pooling - only if you are able to leave when the driver is ready.

Price - permit for three to four nights (depending on whether or not you are staying at George Lake on Thursday Sept 9, plus parking and food.

Duration - three nights and four days (plus an additional night if you are arriving on Thursday night)

Equipment - self supported. Please mention any special requirements or limitations up front.
