Canadian Red Cross - Wilderness & Remote First Aid

This Canadian Red Cross Remote First-Aid 20hr program is a national certification through the Canadian Red Cross. This course will be taught at Campsite #3 in Frontenac Provincial Park, so a wilderness first aid course taught in the wilderness. Course instructor will be Steve Tripp. Course cost is $295, which includes course fees, park fees, parking and taxes.

Itinerary
Itinerary description: 

This courses starts on the Friday night with the meet & greet and course outline. Saturday is a full day from after breakfast to dusk. At dusk the group will be divided, half will be rescuers and the other half will be potential patients. We will conduct the scenario and call it a day. Sunday (Father's Day) will again start after breakfast and go till 16:00. After Sunday lunch we will be doing another big scenario so whoever was a rescuer Saturday will be a patient on Sunday and likewise patients will be rescuers.

Required Items to Bring: 

This is a camping trip, so pack for a 2 night trip.

Recommended Items to Bring: 

We will not be going anywhere, so bring a lawnchair and a good attitude.
